Working with Taoist Tantric Arts practice, Breathwork, Self-pleasure to awaken your Shakti energy (Kundalini) to come alive, to circulate for Whole Body Pleasure. Will be tailored to depending where you’re at in your Kundalini journey

Yoni Egg Demouring & Reclamation

Yoni Egg practices can be used to clear and heal blocked energies and emotions held in the yoni and rest of the body, but can also be used to cultivate sexual vitality that recharges the whole body’s vitality. Can also include a selection of practices: Taoist Tantric Arts, Gestalt Therapy, Guided Self Love & Self pleasure practices,

Nervous System Experiencing & Resourcing

A session focused on embodied learning about your unique nervous system - guided to deepen in body, seeing what’s there, learning to recognise your nervous system state, and then practices offered to respond to your real-time nervous system state and tracking your body’s response.

When we are truly tuned into our eros, our life force, we are truly in tune with ourselves, all that we are, and all of life. It is the full embrace of our sexuality, and as innately sexual beings, we are made of sex. Sex is our life force that runs through the entirety of our being. To suppress it, shame it, is to suppress all of who we are.
